On arrival

Breakfast roll and  beverage on arrival.

Dress code on the course is very similar to Ramsdale.  In the clubhouse – Smart clothing is expected, and golf shoes are not permitted in the dining room or top lounge bar.

The Competition

The start sheet will show your start time and will be posted in the next few days.  The first Group tees off at 10:00am. Please arrive in plenty of time, at least an hour before.

Your team scorecard has been prepared for you in advance, and will be available to collect when you arrive.

The competition format is a Team Stableford (best 3 scores per hole) + Best Man and Best Lady (please record all Stableford points and indicate each player’s total on card).

Please try and keep up with the group in front.

Please hand your scorecard to Richard and Malcolm on completion of your round.

Special Awards.

Hole 2 is a Nearest the Pin in 2 shots.

Holes 5, 12, 14 & 18 are Nearest the Pins.

Hole 12 Ladies additional Nearest the Pin.

Hole 8 is Beat the Pro in 2 shots.

Hole 15 longest drive Ladies and Men.

Course Safety
Hole 1 the fairway is blind ahead and dips down to the left so do not play until the group in front has moved well away.

Hole 3-4 public highway to your right.

Hole 3 & 6 a shared green. Do not approach until green is cleared.

Hole 9-17 bells to alert players behind.

Hole 9 approach green with caution as players teeing off on 16th.

Hole 16 do not tee off until 9th green is clear.

Hole 17 green is blind do not play in until bell is rung.

Presentation and meal commences after the last group finishes
