Minutes of meeting held on Monday 6th June 2022

  1. 1.Minutes of last meeting.
    • Passed as a true record.
  1. 2.Finance report
    • Shirts for members taking part in inter-club matches need to be reconciled.This is to say that those members selected to play in inter-club matches have a subsidy of 50% on the shirt purchase.The subsidised shirts for members will only be available to purchase by the committee.
    • Report passed as a true record.
  1. 3.Captains report
    • Captain reported that all fees to attend the captains day now been paid.
  1. 4.Competitions Secretary’s report
    • Vouchers will no longer be issued, all winnings to be paid straight onto the winner(s) club card, the winner(s) of 2’s will still continue to be paid in cash.
  1. 5.Monday Club
    • No problems, Monday Club well supported.
  1. 6.Welfare report
    • Accepted from welfare officer.
  1. 7.Any other business
    • Discussion on captains car parking space, secretary to approach club manager on this matter. 
    • Seniors “Open Competition” to be reviewed  later in 2022 with a decision, if passed, to start in 2023.

    • Monday 11th July, 14:30 hrs***
    • ***Please be aware on the day of next meeting members of the committee are permitted to tee off in blocks together as necessary in order for us all to be available for the meeting at the same time, this is usually in the later time slots.
