Minutes of meeting held Monday 11th July 2022

  3. Correspondence
    1. Secretary read out 2 emails from senior members regarding the seniors championship that was held on 23rd-24th June, after discussion it was noted that all members that had taken part in the competition were in compliance with the rules of both the main club and the seniors section and nothing was out of order.
  4. Treasurer’s report
    1. Report was read and all was well. The match play shirt subsidisation was raised and the Secretary said that he was trying to collate the shirts, it would take time to do this as it had to revert back to 2021
  5. Match Secretary report
    1. The reports, see above section 3(a)have been addressed and there was nothing wrong with the way the competition was run.
    2. Aggregate medal : the coffee and bacon roll was well received by all members playing in this competition.

  9. Any other business
    1. It was agreed that the last tee off time for our monthly meeting would be 09:04 with the view that our meeting would be able to start no later than 14:00, as all were in agreement that at present the meetings were starting far to late in the afternoon. All committee members would be accommodated earlier tee off time on meeting days once per month.
