Minutes of meeting held 8th August 2022 14:30 hrs

1. Minutes of the last meeting
   1. Matters arising.

 After discussion it was decided that the monthly meetings would take place on a Tuesday, at 13:00hrs once a month. The tee off timing would be adjusted to accommodate committee members being in the vicinity of the club at around the time of the meeting.

1. Correspondence
   1. None
2. Finance report
   1. A discussion took place around the financing for the future of the Seniors Captains day. It was decided that the seniors committee take control of the finances of this. The Captain would still be in control of the day apart from the finances. If, after all costs have been paid, any surplus will be donated to charity.

 

1. Captains report
   1. Ruddington have decided that they no longer wish to play Ramsdale Golf Club in inter club matches. After discussion it was decided that the committee actively seek one  or two more clubs to join our fixture list.  
2. Competition Secretary’s report
   1. It was recommended that the bacon roll & coffee would still be made available for all competitors in the Thursday Seniors aggregate. The bacon & coffee is on available prior to tee off, it is not available after the game.
3. Monday Club report
   1. Numbers good.

   1. Discussed
