Minutes of meeting held 15th November 2022 13:00 hrs

   1. The meeting opened at 13:35

1. Minutes of the last meeting
   1. No matters arising, minutes passed as a true record.

 

1. Correspondence
   1. A text message had been asked by a member as to what the insurance liability does the club hold whilst members are on the clubs premises. The committee was not able to give a definitive answer to this question, it would be referred to the centre manager for clarification
2. Finance report
   1. The finance report was read out and it was agreed that this was a true record. A seniors shirt for match play had been purchased from the club shop for £12.50, as per agreement for the reduction for playing in club matches, the club shop would invoice the seniors for £12.50, receipt handed to treasurer.

2. Competition Secretary’s report
   1. All summer competitions have now been completed. Vouchers will be issued for presentation purposes, they will then be destroyed.
   2. The seniors team competition ‘s can now accommodate Cha-Cha-Cha, team Stableford and Texas scramble due to our handicap system now being able to recognise 3 person teams.
   3. Christmas Monday club to take place on Monday 19th December, it will be £20 per person .Sub committee to finalise all the details.
