Minutes of previous meeting:

  1. Minutes accepted as a true record

Matters arising from minutes:

  1. None

Finance Report:

  1. We have a credit balance of £6754.24.
  2. Once again no income due to no competitions being played.
  3. We had two expenditures – one of £243 for the insurance for the Captain’s Away Day and £715 paid for voucher redemption.

Monday Club report:

  1. We have not been given permission to start the Monday Club as yet, because the computer is not available for the Seniors to access.
  2. Suggestion is to have a Seniors’ Fuddle on Mondays, and to see about organising our competitions from there.

Competitions:

  1. The Par 3 challenge to take place on August 14th. It will be mentioned on the web site.
  2. The Ryder Cup challenge is to be organised for October.

Prizes:

  1. Nothing to mention at the moment.

AOB:

  1. All to play in the Monday Club but we might need to call this another name – something else.
  2. New members cannot see minutes of the Seniors meetings. Secretary needs to ensure that the minutes, once accepted, are then published on the website.
  3. Thoughts and ideas to be considered for three main prizes for the Captain’s Away Day, not necessarily golf related.
